Our Senior Team

Bob McDonald J.P., M.B.A., RMN has a number of years clinical and strategic management experience across sectors. Bob has been M.D. since 2003.

Kerry Robinson, M.Sc., Operations Director has been with the organisation since 2004 and has worked almost exclusively in mental health in her fifteen year career.

Tony Fineran F.C.M.A., Finance Director has twenty-five years post qualifying accounting experience gained within the commercial and charity sectors. He has been with the organisation since 2008.

Our Chair and Trustee Board

Mary Hall, M.Sc., has been Chair of the Trustees since 2007 and brings a wealth of management experience to the table. With the addition of our other Trustees who include a property consultant, carer, lawyer and a vicar who is also an accountant, the Board provides a strong governance team.
