Terms and Conditions:

• We provide a minimum of 5 and ½ weeks annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays

• All staff receive regular supervision and annual appraisal sessions
• We invest in training for all staff at all levels including mandatory and non-mandatory training delivered by a contracted provider, access to Continued Professional Development courses through partnership working with Teesside University School of Health www.tees.ac.uk and access to a training budget via internal application process
