I came to Mental Health Care when I left school, and have been here for over three years. I started as a trainee studying Business Administration Level 2. Part way through my level 2 training, I was offered a permanent position as Administration Assistant! Throughout my training I received support and guidance from everyone. Mental Health Care ensured that I progressed and achieved qualifications that I never expected to such as Level 3 in Business Admin and CLAIT. The staff have been a great help and I feel they have had a lot of faith in me! I am currently training for NVQ level 2 in ITQ, which I will benefit from a lot. I really enjoy working for Mental Health Care and get great job satisfaction. It is a very friendly environment to work in. Everyone who works for Mental Health Care is really lovely and very nice to work with.

I joined M.H.C at Benfield Hall as a Care Assistant in October 2008. This was a whole new challenge to me as I had never worked in the care profession before. The apprehensions I had on my first day at Benfield Hall were soon eased. Benfield Hall is a very warm, relaxed and friendly unit. The staff are professional and caring at all times, I can honestly say I am pleased I’ve joined a team that are as close knit and supportive as the team at Benfield Hall.

I have worked as a Domestic for Mental Health Care, for 4 years. I enjoy working alongside the residents we have a chat and a laugh. I also find the courses that I have attended are so very helpful, it gives me a better understanding of the way things should be. I find it very easy to talk to Steven (the manager) and the staff if any problems arise whether at work or if I have a personal problem, there is always someone you can talk to.

Kimblesworth Care Home is a nice environment to work in. The staff and residents are happy and relaxed and the atmosphere within the service is always lovely.
