I would like to welcome you to Benfield Hall.

Benfield Hall is registered as a care home with nursing.  We provide care to thirteen service users in a spacious well decorated and appointed building situated in its own grounds. We are a short distance from Consett the local town. Our service users are all aged between the ages of 18 years and over with mental health needs.

My staff team consists of registered nurses, care staff and ancillary staff all dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.

Benfield Hall is a 13 bedded nursing home offering services to adults aged 18-65, with recurring and/or enduring mental health problems. The home provides short-term (respite) and longer-term care and aims to help individuals to maximise and maintain their full potential within a homely and supportive environment.

The staff at Benfield Hall are skilled and experienced and work with each individual to help them achieve their goals and aspirations, via an individually negotiated plan of care. A qualified nurse is on duty 24 hours a day.

Benfield Hall is ideally situated within its own grounds on the outskirts of Consett, County Durham.  A variety of community facilities are within walking distance and the home is next to the local bus route providing easy access to major areas such as Durham and Newcastle.
