Our mission is to provide the best care and support to our residents. I am sure you will find Benfield Villa to be a warm, friendly and homely place whether you are living here or visiting a friend or relative. Everyone at the villa works to ensure that each individual resident receives care and support to suit their own particular needs. We have a close team who work together for the benefit of the people we care for.
The staff team consists of the home manager (Lynn Kelly), deputy manager, 5 Senior Carers, and a team of care workers. We also have an Activities Co-ordinator, domestic/laundry staff, cooks, kitchen assistant, and a handyman. All care staff are trained and experienced, most having worked at the villa for a number of years and trained to NVQ level 2. The activities co-ordinator supports and encourages residents to take part in enjoyable and varied activities
The villa has a recently developed Snoezelen Room for sensory stimulation and relaxation.
Other professional services, e.g. physiotherapist and optician can be accessed as required.
Hairdressing and Chiropody services are also available for a reasonable charge.
